Meet Elizabeth
My work brings together health and wellness coaching, yoga therapy, nutrition, movement, and mind-body practices to help people create greater health and balance in their lives. I am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC), Certified Professional Coach, Certified Weight Loss Coach (AFPA), and C-IAYT yoga therapist with years of counseling experience. In 2025, I completed the Ayurveda Wellness Counselor program at the Ananda Ayurveda Academy.
My training in Tai Chi and Qigong includes Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 training through the IIQTC (Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi), as well as Tai Chi Easy Senior Trainer and Healer Within Senior Trainer credentials. I am also Taijifit and Bamboo Fusion certified and practice and teach other Tai Chi Chuan formats.
My yoga background includes 500+ RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), 200-hour Viniyoga, and 200-hour Power Flow certifications. In December 2024, I graduated from an IAYT-accredited yoga therapy program.
In addition, I am a certified Ayurvedic nutritionist and a Reiki Master Teacher in Karuna and Holy Fire Reiki. My fitness and nutrition credentials include Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, AFPA Certified Nutrition Consultant Master Level, ACE Group Fitness, ACE Mind and Body, Barre, and UrbanKick.
Over the years, I have developed extensive experience in nutrition, personal training, health and wellness coaching, and mind-body practices including Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Combined with my career as a researcher, these experiences have given me a broad foundation of knowledge that I enjoy sharing with others as they work toward becoming healthier and more active.
Dance has also been a major part of my life. My training has included jazz, modern, tap, and hip hop, with ballet as my primary focus. All of these disciplines have shaped the way I approach movement, health, and wellness and contribute to the knowledge and experience I bring to my work.
